JOB TITLE: COMPANY MANAGER
LOCATION: Co Meath headquarters.
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract 3 years plus 2 in line with Funding

COMPANY OVERVIEW
The Company provides public and community transport with a fleet of
vehicles and with the use of external operators.
COMPANY MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION
* Manage Rural Transport Service Contracts, Tendering, Monitoring
and Compliance
* Manage Fleet of Vehicles and the Fleet Operations
* Manage the Annual Budgets and ongoing Resources for the company
* Develop new services, in conjunction with the NTA Planning Team
and local needs
* Monitor service usage to drive continuous improvement initiatives
to improve customer experience.
* Ensure the company complies with all Legislation, and development
of company policies in areas such as Health and Safety, GDPR, Company
Law, Charities Regulation, Employment Law, and the Road Safety
Authority.
* Report to the Board of Directors and the National Transport
Authority.
* Identify and engage with all stakeholders and community
organisations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Experienced Manager.
* CPC Transport Manager Certification.
* Experience in Passenger Transport
* Experience in Community Transport
* Strong Communication Skills
* Experience in Non for Profit Sector and oversight of Financial
budgets.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS are the: Board of Directors, Operations
Teams, Dispatch Team, Finance Team, Admin Team, External contractors,
External Funders and Stakeholders.
